Jerome has been working for us over the last 12 months in Class 2 positions, and has always been interested in getting his Class 1 licence. 
As we value Jerome and the hard work he puts in, we had no doubts when making the decision to put him through his Class 1 training. He passed the course last week and is looking forward to starting some Class 1 work soon!
