Since we have come out of the pandemic, we have seen the largest volume of growth from our medical distribution division which has seen warehouse and driver recruitment demand increase as many networks have reached capacity and keeping up with growth has been a challenge. The pandemic also massively impacted the logistics industry and an agency’s capabilities to supply, the industry struggled to find suitable staff to help alleviate the pressure and ultimately deliver to the end patient.

Our solution

Train – We have teamed up with Mediapharm to deliver GPhC Accredited Medicines Delivery Driver Programme. This is industry specific training to provide our drivers with core foundations to provide a safe and effective delivery service to your patients.

Retain – In an industry which is high volume – low margin, colleague engagement sits at the heart of retention and plays a pivotal part of retaining your biggest asset, but also increases productivity. We have a proven approach to aftercare and 95% of our temp-to-perms gain full time, permanent employment.
